Yes you can. That's about all I use unless I am fletching feathers on aluminum. Then I use fletch tite.

Sure you can use it, but save the glue for vanes. I started using Bohning Fletching Tape for my feather fletches a few years ago and haven't glued a feather on any arrow since. Works great on all arrow materials and finishes.

Certainly. Even better, Bohning fletching tape.

Can one of you explain how the tape works? Is it two sided tape?

Yes, it's double sided tape. The stuff in narrow, only the width of a feather base......I run the tape down the feather and use scissors to cut off the roll end. Then put the feather in the clamp same as you would any other time, peel the backing off, and with one fluid movement install the clamp on the jig sticking it fast. Then run your fingernail or something down the edge of the feather base and that's really all there is to it. They're stuck but good then.

And you remove the fletchings the same way as you would remove a glued on one? It seems that they would remove in a less messy fashion than glued on ones.
