Default RE: Glue for carbon inserts

I think I'll use the hot glue from now on since it works & I'm used to it.
I just spent the morning chaseing the threads on my inserts. I put a couple drops of the instant glue around the inside of the shaft, installed the inserts & stood them point down & left them sit. 4 out of the dozen had some glue run into the inserts & dry in the threads.
Took some doing but I took an old field point & made a couple cuts across the threads with my roto tool & used it to clean the threads out.
I supose I used too much glue but I like being able to remove or turn the inserts after installing them.
Learning the hard way is something I do alot.
