i can eliminate one thing thanks to TFOX. he checke dmy arrows and they are spined good for my bow. dont know if i have a floating yoke but tomorow will check to see ifcam is leaning as well as the simple 13/16 measurement for centershot. so i will check back inafter doing this and paper tuning to seeif it fixedthe problem. thanks for input.

You have a floating yoke.


I need to clarify a bit,some bows may state where the centershot should be but if they are older bow,they me off a little.There could be some wear issues.Not with this bow.


Cast bows don't hold as true to the specs either,in my experience.

alright here are the pics from my paper tuning from 6 feet. point is hitting 1 1/2 to 2" lower than vanes. i was told to move the rest up?

could this help shrink my groups by fixing?

That wax paper doesn't seem to be working to well,I have used itbefore and don't remember it being that bad.

That is why I said it should be fine,maybe you need to go ahead and get the freezer paper.[:-]


Move nocking point down OR move the rest up.;)


If your arrow is already in the middle of the burger button hole,I would say to move the nocking point.Maybe both.[:o]

He has a point.Don't shoot downhill.It will magnify a tear.

yes i got down on my knee and elevated the target behind to be sure that it was a 90 degree angle. i thought about that whiel setting it up. can do, how far up do you reccomend moving the rest if the difference is 2" from point to vanes?

ill pick up some freezer paper tomorow:D

I personally feel the tear is too bad for a rest adjustment only.


Moving the nocking point down looks like your best option but without seeing how it is setup,it is hard to know FOR SURE.;)

Thats not a good looking tear at all. My guess is your bisquit is not properly installed. Make sure that the rest is perfectly square with your arrow shaft when nocked first of all. It may take some fiddling but once set it will make a huge difference on your paper tears. Once you are squared then start adjusting up or down and then side by side. I hope you have the delux version of the bisquit, if not it could take a while.
