I know most people put the tip of their nose to the string. I've tried this but my eyeball ends up too far away from the peep. So, I put the thumb of my drawing hand behind my neck and anchor there. It's a solid anchor, and I shoot well this way.

I put the string on my nose, but off center, otherwiseI can't see through it. I've got a bitty nose. Then, it's my index knuckle behind my ear. The string touching the corner of my mouth and finally the fletch tucked between my bottom lip and chin.

nock to corner of the mouth with the string touching the end of the nose off to the side.

the position of the triggerhand at full drawis secondairy to these two anchor points.

some of it depends on what type of release you shoot and how you're built.

I lock where my index finger and thumb form a "V" right onto the corner of my jawbone andthat puts my nose perfectly onto the string. Rock solid and consistent every time.

exact same here just use a kisser that helps alot for any archer not just beginners as some people seem to go against at other places it makes you anchor consistently

Same as last 2 but no kisser. Like a rock, and busting knocks.
