I use the Axis 400's myself and have for 2 year's now ,they penetrate awsome and are probably one of the best shaft's I've ever used .I also have the blazer's on them as well.
Good choice ,you won't be sorry.

My dad shoots them and he gets excellant penetration, he got the 500's cause he only shoots a 60 lb bow. I shoot a 68 lb bow with beemans ics hunters and his penetration is way deeper than mine. Also with the HIT technology you have no problem with broadhead alignment. Every arrow spins true.I will have some next year...

Thanks guys for all the info. I just shot them tonight at my target and they shot GREAT. And those blazers are way more durable then the duravanes.
Im not sure how much i like the HIT insert thoe. i need to get the adapters for the broad heads cuz my thunder heads wont screw down tight on them.

Ray, if you install your HIT inserts propery you will have an amazingly durable insert. Just like in the video that Easton shows I blew a shot when I was shooting in my shop and it bounced off the concrete wall and flipped off the nock. The shaft was still intact. No cracks or any damage. Still straight as an......... arrow and still shoots straight! Don't forget to square the end of the arrow before installing the adapter ring.
