Default arrows turn over

When I shoot at about 30 yards my arrow kind of loops in a circle a couple feet from the target. I always hit what I aim at, but I know this isn't right. I'm shooting Axis 400's with 100 grain field tips with standard 4" vanes out of a 55 lb PSE. Anybody know why this is?

I think it's hitting the cables right now, I'll move my rest out a bit and see what happens.
