Beman ICS Hunter quality and accuracy.
I shoot Carbon Express Termintors 45/60 arrows right now which are 11grs/inch and i am looking at the Bemans that are 7.3 grs/inch. i shoot my bow at 50lbs now because of the extra clothes in the cold weather but in the summer i shoot it a 53lbs. I hunt in North Dakota where shots can be long and want a flatter shooting arrow. What do you think about the Bemans??????
Why work when you can hunt???? Heck why work at all!!

I've used them for a couple years now. None are perfect. I've used the ICS 400. Am presently shooting ICS 500 for 3D and hunting. at 7.3gr per inch it sounds like that's what you're looking at. They are a decent shaft. Maybe won't be quite as durable as what you're shooting now but should suffice. Just make sure if you get them that when they are cut to length that you get an equal amount cut from both ends. In any of the carbons if they are crooked from the factory it's usually at the ends. Give a half dozen a try. You'll probably like them.
What weight broadhead you shooting? I find that a lot of carbons like lighter heads. If you're shooting 100 then try 75. Shooting vanes? Go to feathers. Between all these you could drop about 75 to 80gr off your arrow. Total would give you about 15 to 20fps gain.

I hunt with the black Beman ICS Hunters 340's. Good shafts that are pretty durable. The finish on the plain black arrows is smooth and slick for the most part. I don't think you will be disappointed in their quality if you are looking for a good carbon hunting shaft.

I have been using the ICS 400`s for 5 years now. I only use them for hunting, and they have performed great for me. I have not tried the 500 series, but would assume they will treat you right.

I have been using the ICS Hunter shaft this year in a size 400. I have had no problems with them at all and find they work really well for hunting. I find they shoot really well and hold up very well for hunting.
I have had no problems with them so that is good!

I too use the Beman ICS Hunters in 400 gr. These arrows hold up quite well, but I have had a few vains tear w/ my whisker biscuit rest. Other than that, the ICS Hunters are an awesome arrow.

I switched from Gold Tip XT's to the ICS Hunter 400's this year and they are now my arrow of choice. I like the quiet finish, and that logo is just awesome <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>. I think you'll be pleased with their performance and price tag.
