Shooting Question....
#1
I bought a new Switchback back in November and hunted a few times with it but never got a shot at a deer. I had been shooting it religiously up until the the new year. Yesterday I figured I would fling some arrows out of it and started with a few rounds at 20 yards. This went fine with me shooting my usual group. When I back out to 30 though it something went wrong.
All my shots went low and right, but they were still going into a nice group just 4-5 inches off target. The last time I had picked my bow up I was shooting a group all in the black circle of the block at 30 yards and a softball size group at 40. My shots at 20 yards are still on the money however.
My groups are still there, but I can't hit the center for nothing. Any thoughts as to what I might be doing wrong? I feel like my draw, anchor point, and release are all good. Any help is appreciated.

Get a Bowtech. No I'm sorry ,couldn't resist. I had the same problem after not shooting for a couple of weeks. I asked my hunting buddy to check my form since I thought my anchor and release were unchanged. He told me I wasn't following through. I was trying to get a look at the arrow in flight and screwing things up. I started to follow through properly and my problem was solved. Same deal, I was on at 20 but 30+ was off. So no more 2 week breaks from practice!
