Default Gold Tip insert glue/adhesive

I had a archery pro shop tell me that I could use
Bohning Platinum fletch adhesive for my inserts.

Is this correct? I believe I want a glue that can
be heated up and turned if necessary for BH tuning???
I've read where some folks are using epoxy...I dont think epoxy can be heated once cured.

What's the ducks guts out there for proper adhesion
on carbon shafts. I have some 5 minute epoxy I use
for fly tying and will use that if I have to.
Thanks

For inserts I use 24hr epoxy the 5 minute epoxy is too brittle for inserts specially if you are shooting into 3d targets, you will end up not only loosing the point but the insert as well
