Goat Tuff will work perfectly fine. Personally, I use Pine Ridge.

Tried many, all failed. Tried super glue, never a failure.

I use Goat Tuff for my vanes, but prefer a heat reversable adhesive for inserts. I have had excellent results with Bohning Power Bond for inserts.

I've used Goat Tuff for inserts and it will definitely hold them in, BUT you need to get them set in there perfectly the first time because it sets up very, very quick. And, speaking from experience with this, forget ever removing a damaged insert without ruining and un-raveling the carbon fibers inside the arrow. It ain't happening.
