Default Wildview VGA Digital Toggle-Switch Camera

Has any one ever used a Wildview VGA Digital Toggle-Switch Camera? Cabelas has them for $80. I know the resolution is poor, but how about battery life? Tiggering time? Any answers would be appreciated.

I have firsthand experience with this camera, and you would have to pay me to use it. The trigger time sucks, it chews batteries like candy, and unless you have a memory card.....you have to download the pictures before the batteries die. The best I could get out of a set of batteries (4 C-cells) was 15 days. However........it does take pretty good pictures.

Thanks for the reply mobowhuntr, I was looking at an inexpensive trail cam - mainly to see what and what time the deer are moving, but maybe I'll wait and save up some money to get one that works. Does the Wildview cam record date or time of picture?

You are most welcome, and no, I don't think it does. Bass Pro has one on clearance from their website, a Non Typical Vision. It is 35 mm, I have one and it works great! It will stamp the date and the time on it. This picture was taken with it, but I had a setting wrong and the camera. Got the date but no time.
