Default sight mounting question

Hi, i'am just curious if there is any difference if you mount a bow sight in the holes that put the sight out in front of the bow, or the holes that keep it close to the riser.

some sights have that option, and its personal preference. getting it farther away will help some, but sometimes those other holes are for the quiver.

The farther away from your peep sight you mount you sight the more accurate you should be.

Longer sight radiuses are more accurate than shorter ones.

Ever see a pro with a sight snugged right against the riser. They get them out there a foot or two cause it gives them a longer sight radius and they are more accurate.
