? about my sight light
I have a copper john Dead Nuts Hunter sight on my bow. I have the little screw in light for the top of my sight but i cant keep it tight. after every shot if i forget to tighten it up it will loosen up and buzz. Its really starting to get annoying and could even cause a buck to jump my string this fall. Yall have any suggestions on how to keep it from backing off?

I had the same problem so here is what i did. First i loc-tited the light in with blue loc-tite.Then i took a Limb Saver cable dampner and slid it over the knob on the light which solved two problems for me.I had a slight noise coming from my light because it is old and a bit loose and that corrected that problem as well as making it much easier to turn in wet conditions as rubber is easier to grip than wet metal.hope that helps you out some.

Yep, I agree with all those above. If you use loc-tite, make sure it is the removable kind or you will never be able to get the light off.
Josh makes an excellent point in that a $.44 roll of teflon will work just fine.
