First Cut 90's?
I shot my first deer Saturday night and I gut shot him with a pass through. I found my arrow but the broadhead was missing. I was shooting a Rocket Steelhead 100 and found only one drop of blood 100 yards away. Myself and two others searched for this deer the rest of the night and all day Sunday and couldn't find him. I felt so sick for wounding an animal like that. I checked my other arrow and the Steelhead was duller than a butter knife and unscrewed in half a turn. I told my local archery shop this and they suggested going to First Cut 90's from Game Tracker. Is this a quality head? Any info would on this would be great.

The first cuts are good heads. Accurate and strong. You will need to sharpen them though as they are about as sharp as the steelheads out of the package. As for the steelheads, you do need to check them to make sure the are tight on your arrow, and I really don't think they should be blamed on you loosing the deer. Poor shot placement is not the broadheads fault. We all make bad hits, it's part of bowhunting, but the broadhead can only go where we aim it.
