Have you checked to make sure that everything is tightened down good and tight on the bow? Is the bow tuned properly? What weight arrows are you shooting in relation to your draw weight?

I was at Cabelas when a father/son team was shooting the Fire Flite 33s, and they weren't all that noisy. Check for loose parts/screws. You could take accessories off to see if that is where the noise is coming from. What kind of rest are you shooting? Whisker Biscuits make a "slap" noise when shooting, some drop aways make noise at the shot. As PABowntr mentioned, poorly tuned/timed/ synched bows make more noise. I've found that most bows can use some leeches or catwhiskers on the cables as well as the string. Also could be your arrows vs. draw weight compared to his.

Same draw same arrow but louder? if so start by making sure everything is tight. Check for any moving parts that shouldn'tbe. Then starttaking items off the bow one by one, sooner or later you'll be shooting a bare bow. If it's still noisy maybe your brothers bow is just really quiet?

What sight and rest are you using? are the c-clips holding your cams axles on loose to the touch? how about your quiver holder, is it vibrating?
Do both of your limbs look like they have the same amount of space evenly divided between them and the limb pockets inside edge?
