KE Question
What was the formula for determining KE?
I'm shooting ICS Hunter 340's with 4" AAE vanes and 100 gr points. My draw length is 29 1/2" with a draw weight of 83# I havent weighed the arrow or shot it through a chrony yet...

RE: KE Question
Before switching to the ICS 340 I was using GGII 2315's @ 31". As you could imagine this was an extremely slow setup. I bottomed out my pockets to gain a little velocity.
When I switched over to carbon and the MZE I didn't bother to reduce the weight as it is extremely easy for me to pull back anyway. I didnt see any need to back it off, although I could have went with the 400 arrows if I had reduced my weight...
Now I have an extremely fast setup...haven't chronographed it as I said above, but the arrows really get to the target in a hurry
