different browser/can't get on!

different browser/can't get on!
I changed my browser and now,thru the new one,i can't get on site.I know my user name but not my pass word???? What do i do to get on thru the new site?????

Do you get a message when you try to log on asking if you forgot your password? and a link to click on? If so click on the ink and they will send you a link to reset (change) your password. Then write it down.
