This link is from HNI and is real good to fallow. I like hosting photos on a host site like photobucket.com and then you do not have to resize.

If resizing your pictures to post in this site is the problem your having , then you could send your pictures to me in care of ( [email protected] ) and I'll resize them for you and send them back to you.
