Practice...1. Click here to upload 2. Browse (if the pic isn't in there,put it in there) 3. picmust be 100kb's or less for this post reply thing4.put mouseon the pic(you will see the size) 5. To resize depends on the program on your computer. double click or open the pic. if it's in paint you click IMAGE and then attributes.
