Default velvet buck

My bow season opens in less then a month the most of the bucks will be in velvet yet. So I was wondering what to do if I was to get one? I would most likly have it mounted so would i have to keep it frozen? Also what eles could I have done with it if not a shoulder mount?

The best way to preserve would be based on what you would like done with the deer. Have you decided yet?

Keep it frozen, and be careful not to damage the velvet.
