Default hanging a shoulder mount

I am getting my first shoulder mount back this week. I am pumped to hang the buck in my room, but now my mom is causing a stink thinking it will ruin the wall. How do you hang a shoulder mount?

Thanks!

It depends on what kind of a hanging bracket you have on the back of the mount. I have 1, 3inch screw into a wall stud. It doesn't mess up anything.

Do NOT use a drywall screw. They have poor shear strength and they can break. I like to use deck screws. You can also get small rubber bumpers at the hardware stoor to prevent any marring to the wall.

Check out this link and surf the pages of hangers. They have something that will work, guaranteed!
