turkey cost??

Any body know how much it is to mount a turkey in flight??

If you pay a good taxidermy it could cost from 350-500... I would not pay more than 350 though

That is why I'm learning to do my own

LOL, if you won't pay more than 350 you may not end up with much. 600-800 for a good one.

I agree with Timberland. Cheap taxidermists usually aren't good and good taxidermists usually aren't cheap!! You get what you pay for.

our local guy is around $500 for all turkey mounts

No way i would pay 600-800 for a turkey mount!!! That tells me one thing... You guys have more money than brains

Learn how to do your ownThere is to much info on the subject

Yeah, just do your own. LOL There is a little more to it than that. Personally, if I wanted one and couldn't afford the 600 to getit done, I'd just get a bust mount or not do it at all. Finding someone to do it cheaper, say for 300 or so, is the same as throwing 300.00 out the truck window IMO.

TT go ahead and ROTF and LYAO... I know a Taxidermist and he does great work in the 300-350... I've done my home work and I have no shortage of specimens to practic on...

I'm sure you do great work and if people chose to pay your prices good for you...
