Go to walnutcreekhardwood.com website, click on turkey kits, there is a link to a step by step guide to mounting a turkey fan.I have used that method on the last three I have done and they turned out great(check out the post I put of my 2007 spring turkey fan), that was done using that method. They also have some great plaques on there, they are a little expensive, but you can have them personalized if you want.Good Luck with it, just take your time and be patient when your cleaning the meat and grease off. It's not hard, just a little time consuming.
