Depends on how well it is wrapped up. It needs to be in plastic, not paper. Paper literally sucks the moisture right out of a cape. It won't last three months. On the other hand, I'veseen capes that were double wrapped in plastic, last for three years with really no freezer burn at all. I wouldn't suggest leaving it that long to see how well it did though.

It's a muley cape, and the antlers are not that impressive for what I already have (he's a 145 gross at best), but the face markings and coloring are so distinct I couldn't pass ontrying to keep it for a better set.Plus, I figured I may try my hand at mounting my own, just need the guts to do it.
