Default what to do part 2

ok guys....some of you may remember my post about what to do about my squirrel mount the last time......i called him after that........and he said about another month or so and he will give me a call....that was end of august-early september......ok ill give you a month or so...well i got real busy with college...hunting ..life..ect...and just remembered to call today......called......hi im calling about my squirrel i left there....last name please? told him...without skipping a beat...oh ya....i got a little behind...and uh.....a little longer..(think he said a couple weeks or months..) should be around the first of the year.....sorry about that ill give you a call though......ooooooooook thanxbye.....i THINK i dropped it off there feb 2004....told about a year for return.....well its going on 2 here REAL quick...or maybe even3...i dont think3...what do i do?just wait and wait? i know you guys said threaten to take it back ect...but im so scared hes going to ruin it and im stuck with an expensive fur ball or something like that so i never said anythinglike that yet....but he eggs me on every time i call.....oh ya just a little longer.....each and every time.......i bet if i took my deer there id have it back in a few months TOPS.......im willing to bet he wont touch mysquirrel again until AFTER all his big game is gone from this fall and winter.....so im looking at EARLY next fall im willing to bet....IF he even started it.......if he indeed started it maybe it will be done soon.....but itsdoubtful.....he said something about hejust put like 30 squirrels"in" in aug or sept..and mines in there.....freeze drier? i dont know what he meant by they are IN?...what should i do?? that sucker better look GREAT when its back.....kicking myself for not getting pics.....i took a few but that roll of film got eaten by my camera!!!! there were no holes or anything in it.....frozen whole...properly....i only had it a few months frozen.....i gota find my recipt...after moving i cant remember whereiput the taxidermist recipts...i wonder if there was an expected returndate.....what should i do if i call in jan and its STILL not done!??!?!

its not done....and he has a 50$ deposit......even though im a tough guy(lol) im a nice guy.....and a worrier....im afriad to show up and say heyi want my squirrel and my money back you took toooooooo long...i dont want to start any problems.....or have him ruin the squirrel....i just dont know what to do....when i call it really seems like he doesnt give a crap.....he honestly doesnt take a second to listen to my last name...let alone look it up in the books and see what i have there and when it was dropped off ect.....i KNOW he doesnt know me.........im never going back to him again......just dont know what to do NOW....i want my squirrel back!!!
