Default Pa House Bill changing testing requirements

Does anyone have any information on the possible testing changing in PA for Taxidermy licences?

In North Carolina there is no testing. But I figure when the politicians see they could make a buck from it, then they will start. All we have to do is send them the license fee every year. State testing has good points and bad points. I will leave it up to the individual to decide that though.....
