From the time I started turkey hunting I have used this one particular mounting kit for my turkey fans. The company that used to sell it no longer had it and I have searched the world (wide web) over trying to locate one without success.
It's made by The Game Tracker.
It's description is as follows:
Solid Oak Plaque with picture frame/Turkey Mounting Kit with Picture Frame
I used to get it at freddiebearsports.com, but now I have no idea where to go.
To see a picture of the mount, go to this link:

The picture is included with a post of mine. I think its the four one down the page.
Any help would REALLY be appreciated. I really enjoy having the picture right there with the bird. I think it really adds to it.

if you already have one, then it shouldn't be hard to make another.if you have the shop to do it. how much did you pay for that one?
maybe you could get someone to make some for you.let me know and I will try and help.
give me an idea of the cost.

I have several, but I don't know the first think about working with wood. It cost 21.99. I have a couple people in mid that may be able to make it for me. I hadn't really thought about that. Does it look like it would be that hard to reproduce?

That should be a piece of cake to duplicate with the right tools. Scroll saw is the main tool to cut out the pieces of wood and then a router if you want the same edges.
