Default 2013 Maine Bear Hunt over bait

Brand new to this site..........thought about the idea of trading a bear hunt for a whitetail hunt in the mid-west. I am an outfitter and run Maine Wildland Adventures. Let me know if there is any interest in trading a bear hunt for a whitetail hunt..........if there isn't....then I guess I'll look for something else.
I'd be willing to do a father/son hunt for the same......6 day all inclusive.

Thanks
Steve

Is there a spring bear hunt in your area? I might be able to work something out on an Iowa or Missouri whitetail hunt. Thanks, Mace

I might be interested in a 2014 hunt traded for an Iowa whitetail. Let me know if you're interested. We killed 25 deer in our shotgun season this year. It will be atleast a 3 year draw for bow but you can party hunt and buy county specific antlerless shotgun tags over the counter and still shoot bucks in the party hunt.

Educate me in what a party hunt would be? What county.......public or private land?
Thanks!

A party hunt is where aslong as there are tags in the group, everyone can fill those tags. Say one guy shoots 8 deer, aslong as there are 8 tags between the members of the group to put on those deer its legal. That way if you fill your tag on the first day you can still hunt the rest of the season. We always have landowner and extra antlerless tags to fill as well! We killed 25 deer during 4 days of shotgun season and still had a few tags left. The state offers 75 non resident antlerless tags for Henry county where we hunt, these tags are sold first come first served. Its a way for nonresidents to hunt with thier families and not have to wait 3 years to draw a buck tag. Its still kind of expensive for a tag but you can also shoot more than one deer party hunting. We do all of our hunting on private land. Pm me if you have any more questions. Mace

I live in southern Illinois and would be interested in swamping hunts. I have access to alot of land and you can get a bow tag over the counter. My wife shot 149 inch buck on the 1st weekend of deer season with her bow. email me at [email protected] if your interested. thanks for your time
