Fairly close, I live over in Gilmer, I suppose it's more mid-nothern. Anyhow fairly good deer activity this past season, I managed to shoot my first deer, a nice 8point. Anyhow, enjoy yer stay on here, and have fun hunting.

Hey I just moved here from Va, I'm looking for any advise as to where to hunt deer next fall. Figure that I will just try and join a hunt club but not sure where. Also looking for anybody who needs a good hunting buddy, none of my friends down here hunt
