Phoenix, If you havn't been here for a while you wouldn't beleive it. There is 1/4 the trees in the area that were here 5 years ago, and there is no slowing down. My plan is to get the H--- out in ten years. But on the flip side progress means money and there is alot being made up here. We had a Hurricane in Sept. 2003 that took out some of Prince William's land marks like the Pilot House on Neabsco Creek, Ihad just finished my Duck Blind work when it hit and took out3 of the 5 and partially damaged a forth. I wasn't able to rebuild all of them by the season opener but managed to get a couple back in order. Last year I rebuilt the other 3 so we should be good to go this year.

But all in allour Deer hunting is is getting thinner around here.

Good Luck.

New to forum - Looks like a wealth of info.

I've been hunting on a 1000 acrehunt club, outside of Winchesterfor 13 years - owner just sold this spring - -I have checked out several leads on different clubs in the area, but have found nothing sound yet. Alot have no openings at this time.Anyone know if the club in the previous messages has been initiated. Looking for avialability for three members -for my father, my wife, and myself.

I have a German Shorthaired pointer and live in Central Va. I have been looking for anyone who sells live pigeons or possibly quail to train my young dog with but have been very unsuccessful. I have found those who have pen raised quail but they only seem to sell them to preserves. Can anyone help??
