They started chasing here in Gallatin Co. Watched an 8 pointer chase a doe for about a half hour out of my living room window on the hillside across from my house. It's here boy's let's go get'em. Opening day is just 4 days away and the weather is going be right... good and cold. I can't wait.

I'm in Hancock Co. and I hunted this past weekend. I hunt about 250 acres and I bet I saw 50 scrapes. They are everywhere. I am afraid that they are from many young bucks. I saw two 4-pointers and a six-pointer. The six and one of the fours were traveling together and they sparred a little in front of me. I have yet to see a buck chase a doe.
