Speaking of snakes, this is what it looks like in one of my turkey hunting areas in extreme southern Florida. You're standing less than 36" from a very large cotton mouth. If you don't see it, maybe just get your Osceloa in central or northern Florida. Don't feel bad, I posted it on a duck hunting web site and they couldn't find it. But worse than that, I had to grab my 66yr old father by the seat of his pants before he stepped on it. At least the gators are easier to see.

Can you post a bigger picture?

Or maybe give us a clue as to his location?

I've been staring at this picture for 20 minutes and can't see anything that looks like a cottonmouth.

Thanks

See if you can see it now. It's just right in of the middle and has it's mouth wide open facing you. It's left eye is looking right at you.

I think all the rain the past two months has something to do with it all.... I am hoping that they will all disappear soon

I think I see the snake in that picture, its just hard to tell thankfully!

Man I hate snakes so much that it keeps me from spring turkey hunting.
All it took was one story from someone who almost sat on one. It gives me chills just thinking about it.
