Can you legally hunt with a bow during gun season?

Taz..yes if you read the rules under the general deer season (i.e. gun season) it says you can legally use firearms, blackpowder or archery tackle.. although it would be nice if I still had a bow to use[:@]...

You can but you must follow any regulatios of that season, such as blaze orange or certain restrictions limiting what days does or bucks can be taken.

Thanks for the info, the reason I wanted to know is I have a few places I can hunt but they only will let me hunt with a bow.

Taz, with all of teh path damage and water damage, we have been cleaning up since the huricane. I also Ref. High School football and we have games on Sat. I will be in the woods come Nov. 15th. Good luck to you!!!!

I will be visiting my brother in Leesburg, up your way, in Dec. and he took a picture the other day off his back deck of two monster bucks. A 8 and a 10 and the 8 is truely and mounter!!!!
