Been in the swamp since weds. didnt see a one deer...did find a couple nice rubs finally...other than that notta...as of today 33 deer n 55 hogs...I dont know what areas the deer are comin from because I aint seein none sittin in areas i traditionally see several...

I know this is off topic but do any of you folks have any info you could share on the three lakes or bull creek wma's for spring turkey? I'm coming from co and would like to bag an Osceola in march. Please pm or see my thread in the turkey section, thanks!

Well deer season is done... been a long tough one for all of us...but thankfully I ended mine witha BANG...got this mature 6 point... had 4" bases witha 14" inside spread and 18" main beams...my biggest Greenswamp buck to date (rack size)...

Thanks ...yea that was me...nah I got that deer down near the river...Did talk to a guy at that spot yesterday he said somebody got one in that area saturday...i know 471 side hada 6 checked out saturday to...aint sure if that was the one but check station guy said that deer wasnt all that big said it was small racked n yesterday a small 4 was taken out 471 for a grand total of 42 for the season...

My buddy heard the 2 shots in there Saturday so that must have been the deer. Small racked doesn't fit with what I have found in there though which is good. On the other hand only 42 deer... I guess I need to be ready for next year since there should be plenty of bucks.
