Hopefully it won't change, sounded like to me it was a 'study' to appease land owners and stillhunters that didnt work out in their favor. haha

Don't laugh yet, it is a study and it has just started. If it doesn't "appease" land owners and other hunters, you can expect the state legislature to get involved in the future.

This study may take a year more or so. I definitely wouldn't laugh yet as everything I've heard contradicts what you say. Urban sprawl, concerned landowners/hunters,and politicshave a lot to do with it.

The Hound Study has a predetermine outcome. Everyone knows what they are butit's VT's job to lead the stakeholders to it like they came up with it all on their own and it's the best for everyone. Let it run it's course and we'll run ours.
