Don't laugh yet, it is a study and it has just started. If it doesn't "appease" land owners and other hunters, you can expect the state legislature to get involved in the future.

The Hound Study has a predetermine outcome. Everyone knows what they are butit's VT's job to lead the stakeholders to it like they came up with it all on their own and it's the best for everyone. Let it run it's course and we'll run ours.
