You should get intouch with the NCBA, Ramond Bell would be the man totalk to. Let them and there team jump on it.

I have already talked with my mayor and a couple of the town commissioners and I did not detect any negative feelings towards the Urban season especially since I think 2 of our police cars have been damaged due to wrecks with deer. I am on the meeting agenda for March to present the proposal formally to the town board. I just don't think alot of people realize it is going to be up to the individuals to get this season passed in their own towns. The wildlife commission passed the season but they are not requiring any towns to participate.
