I have found 750+ acres in Prince Edward County. Central Virginia area. I propose a small "hunt club" and our annual dues would start about $300.00 per year (just enough to pay for the lease). I would like to keep it about 50 acres per hunter. You are not going to find a deal like this. This does not include what we can get knocking on doors. E-mail me if you want info. Excellent turkey and deer hunting. I will be visiting there this sunday and will have pictures available after that. If you are interested let me know.

Welcome to the board. Suggestion, why don't you increase the dues and lower the number of members. I think it would pay off in the long run. We have over 200 acres per hunter and if we could afford to there would be more.

Welcome, Moe... <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
I am a little interested, but would like more details. I don't belong to a hunt club, but would consider joining one. Prince Edward county is out near Farmville, isn't it? I'm in the Richmond area and mainly have used the WMA's around the local area, without much success.
Thanks!
