I have found 750+ acres in Prince Edward County. Central Virginia area. I propose a small "hunt club" and our annual dues would start about $300.00 per year (just enough to pay for the lease). I would like to keep it about 50 acres per hunter. You are not going to find a deal like this. This does not include what we can get knocking on doors. E-mail me if you want info.
