i think they're great. a darker meat and stronger taste but very good. takes a lot to make a meal.

this year with the low water down here on Lake Okeechobee the snipe population is really good we are looking for a great season of snipe hunting. It is a lot of walking and hopefully a lot of shooting at these little guys.
