Well gonna try again this weekend . The forecast finally looks good.
All of the last days I have had a chance to hunt it has been so windy!
but I hung in there. I look at it as positive as I can, like I have harvested experience instead of a huge buck. Hey ButchA have'nt had time to scout that spot out at Powhatan yet , maybe this weekend .

Hey BD,
I hear ya... I'm gaining experience with each outing too. I have a great lead on a small herd near the woods by my company. The land isn't posted either! Woo-hoo!
A buddy at work did some scouting and saw tracks and at 5:30am, one of the early guys (who opens up the shop) saw a pair of bucks tearing off into the woods. I'm going to check it out tomorrow!
