looking for Central or South western Virginia lease
I live in Charlottesville and go to school down in Blacksburg, and am looking for a cheap lease or free place to primarily bow hunt in or around Blacksburg or Charlottesville. If any of yall could hook me up with some contacts or ideas, thank you all.

I sent you a PM.
But also, you could try the lottery draw to try to get a tag at the Radford Arsenal. It's only 10 miles from Blacksburg. I think it's 10 or 20,000 acres. They have a QDM program and some nice deer come off the property. The only thing is that i think you have to earn a buck with a doe first, and you have to stay in your assigned stand all day. Info is on the VDGIF website.

If you are in school and only have a couple years there the RAAP hunt is not worth applying for because it takes a few years to be drawn. You have probably heard this before, but there are some good places within the National Forest.
