Default N.C. Hunting License?

Does anyone know if you can get a N.C. "out-of-state" hunting license online. The only thing I could find on their website was a form to snail-mail in to them. Any info would be great!
Thank you,
Trae

Thank you very much! I'm going up to the Roanoke River area. Hunting with Gil Cutchen at Occoneechee Lodge. Thanks again for the help!

I hunted there with my father and brother back around 1999 and 2000 it was alot of fun Gil, Ernie and Sam are great people. There was a woman they called Miss Alberta in the kitchen she added 10 lbs to my waist line while I was there. It is nice southern deer hunting alot of land alot good stands and a nice trophy area to hunt in to if that is your thing. We went there to just shoot deer and got plenty of them we also did shoot a couple of nice bucks too. Just be careful in that trophy area I think the fine for a deer with a spread under 15" is 300 bucks. They also have some awesome bass ponds if you hunt early enough in the year ask them if you can fish them they got some huge bass. Buy the way the turkey population was out of this world when I was there ,that might make for a good trip back with ny son some spring.
