2006 Virginia Sunday hunting petition!

RE: 2006 Virginia Sunday hunting petition!
Well, from what I've heard (i.e. a little birdie told me) or the ol' "know someone who knows someone"... There's a few variations of spin getting thrown around:
1) Open up Sunday hunting on private land only.
2) Partially open up Sunday hunting on private land, but only after 12:00 noon.
3) Partially open up Sunday hunting to only the first Sunday of archery, the first Sunday of muzzleloader, and the first Sunday of rifle (general firearms).
Like I said, it's just all talk.... So who knows....

Has anyone considered litigation??
Maybe we could put together some funds and hire an attorney - heck, I might even do it for costs.
Between the clear (to me) first amendment seperatino of church and state issues driving the ban in Virginia and the recently passed Constitutional Right to Hunt, it strikes me as a pretty good shot at opening up Sunday . . . might even be able to put together enough of a threat that the state acts sooner rather than later.
