wild bird hunting in west texas?

Has anyone wild bird hunted (quail) in west texas? If so, were at in west texas? Thanks Mike

Yes, we have had a good quail seasons there for a while. When the rains fall right and the weather cooperates it makes for a good hatch. The last couple of years, its been pretty good. Larry
