FL Quota Hunts Results?

FL Quota Hunts Results?
Well i was just wondering if anyone knows when we should get our results for the Special Opportunity Quota permits? I applyed on June 1st and still havent gotten my results. Im hoping and think it will be b4 August. Anyone have an idea?

You can get them online at www.wildflorida.org/hunting and click on the Special Opportunity Huntsbutton and then click on the Drawing Results button at thetop of the page.

I just recieved mail from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and i got picked for a Special Opportunity Quota hunt! Going to Okaloachoochee Slough 9/10-9/16.

Well between me and my group, we scored Tosahatchee Muzzleloader, Tosahatchee general gun, Hilochee Hog Hunt, and Mantanzas woods. I've hunted Tosahatchee and Hilochee and both are great. This will be my first hunt in Matanzas Woods. Anyone who can get there hands on some Tosahatchee Archery Tags, let me know.

Chuck, in 1990 I shot a Massive 10pt in Citrus. Going north on 581
and left going weston Road 480 and right onWMAroad #13 going north. I shot it
at 7:30 a.m. between WMA road #22 and WMA road # 20 just south of
Tillis Hill camp ground. That was 15yrs ago and don't know what it is like
now.
The check station is on 581 north and left on WMA road # 10 going west.

It is for archery season. It happens to be on the same date I plan to hunt out of state. So...I gave my Citrus away. Congrats on the 10 point. That must have been a glorious day.

when you are at Toso., look me up........i'll be there working opening morning archery, after that i am hunting there or seminole ranch...i got alot of hunting to do between now and end of season, lol........i have toso huntsduring archery 1st and 2nd, i believe 2nd muzzy , 1st and 2nd general gun and one of the hog hunts....[8D]
still have a friend that needs either muzzy hunt or a 2nd gun hunt if you know anyone interested in a trade, let me know ..he has a 1st toso gun to trade...
