What about when your deer hunting and they are either barking at you in your tree stand or getting you anxious when you hear one run through the woods thinking it is a deer. Ive wanted to plink a few with a 7mm before.

Send 'em here (N Idaho). We have very few and need something small to shoot at in the off season.

Your right and its alot of fun too! I have killed a bunch like that. My best shot ever was out my bedroom(2 story) window at a squirrel 40 yards away. I stuck him to the ground.

I have gotten a few so far; hard to sneak up around here but i managed a few times

never have any real problems with them here, i have felt like blowing one apart with the .270 during deer season. our problem here is rabbits. they get into the garden, and everything else they can get their friggin mouths on. thats why the double 12 is usually handy.
