on the note of coyote calibers
with all the talk about coyote calibers......has anyone tried a .410 slug on them??? i think that would work well at close to medium ranges. do they make sabot slugs for rifled 410 barrels...i can see that being the nonrifle solution to coyotes. 3" single shot rifled .410...maybe 70yards max? what do you guys think?.............do they even make rifled .410 barrels?

That I now of no there is no rifled barreled 410. IMO a 410 slug probaly would work out to 50 or 75 yds if it is accurate enough

RE: on the note of coyote calibers
I have a savage/fox dble barrel 410 that i have used on occasions for yotes. I use a 3"slug in one barrel and shot in the other. I have taken yotes out to 75 yds with the slug and the shot barrel seems adequate to about 35 yds. Taz
