Default How is everyones rabbit hunting going?

Just wanted to see how every one was doing this year rabbit hunting. For me since the season opened in October, I have gotten 11 cottontails, and two jackrabbits (varmints). That doesn't include the three jackrabbits I got earlier this year. Still trying to get a coyote and a badger. Good luck to all!!!

There's only cotton tail hunting in Ohio, and I like to go with snow on the ground, so I haven't gone yet. I still have a couple of last year's in the fridge. Do you suppose I should throw them out?

I haven't seen a rabbit since the the summer. They just disappear when the season opens..... for some wierd reason, they must have heard that the Gamo was coming out to play.

Etothepii- As long as they have been wrapped good, I see no reason that they shouldn't be. I would try to find a freezer guide for various meats and judge by that.

Blackdirt Beagles- Good job on those rabbits, I also went to your site, it looks good!!

Keep up the hunting everybody, I will have some pics when I burn all of the film on my camera!
