I've been on a few hunts (less than 5) for coyotes and some were successful but due to some circumstances I was never permitted to ask this simple question.
What do you do with the coyote after it's dirt nap?

Skin it as long as the fur is still good.
Cut the back straps from young ones and take the hind quarters (we grind most of that.) Makes great meat loaf with a bit of unsmoked ground bacon mixed in.
Sew the hole up in the hide streach it and flesh it. Once it is dried take it to a fur buyer. Expect to get from $20.00 from a crook for prime hide. $65.00 from a honest buyer for a prime hide as of yesterday.
Coyotes with the mange rubbed fur, drag into the brush for other critters to feed on even the coyotes folks, brother and sister.
